This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts and securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Marietta Adil Dastoor being daughter of deceased. Deceased namely Constantine Thomas Dsilva died intestate at Nashik on 09.09.2013. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that wife of deceased predeceased the deceased. One son of deceased Neal died as bachelor. Deceased was survived by one son and two daughters. Out of them one daughter is petitioner herein and the son and another daughter have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 30.07.2025 and Administration Bond dated 13.09.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
