This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioners namely Indira Rajnikant Pancholi and Nilesh Rajnikant Pancholi both being daughter-in-law and grandson of deceased respectively. Deceased namely Lilavati Chhaganlal Mistry died intestate at Mumbai on 02.05.1991. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 20.03.2025 for non-availability of identification proof of deceased. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Husband of deceased since deceased who died on 06.11.2004. Son of deceased namely Rajnikant died leaving behind widow, one son and two daughters. Deceased was survived by daughter-in-law, one grandson and two granddaughters. Out of them daughter-in-law and grandson are petitioners herein and both the granddaughters have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 31.07.2025 and Administration Bond dated 10.09.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
