The petitioner to take steps to justify the surety to Administration Bond, in respect of the share of non-consenting Legal heirs of the deceased, vide Rule 422 of the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980. Hence, the petition is adjourned for the steps. 4.

Petitioner to take steps to carry out an inventory of the locker by taking out necessary Judge's Order, in this regard, according to the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980.
