Ld. Advocate for the petitioner showed the family tree of the deceased. The deceased died leaving her husband's surviving sister-Vimal, vide Sec. 15(1) (b) read with Rule 3 of Section 16 and Sec. 9 of the Hindu Succession Act, 1956. Hence, the petitioner being Class-II, Entry-(IV) heir applied for the Grant. However, in this regard, Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submits that he will take necessary steps according to law. Hence, adjourned. 3.

Petitioner to upload the family tree of the legal heirs of the deceased, with the date of death of heirs, if they are died. 4.
