This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Maria Franzie Moraes being married sister of deceased. Deceased namely Charles Purification Coutinho died intestate at Mumbai on 10.09.2014. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that father of deceased predeceased the deceased. Mother of deceased since deceased the deceased. Deceased died as bachelor. Deceased was survived by two sisters. Out of them one sister is petitioner herein and another sister has given her consent in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 25.07.2025 and Administration Bond dated 25.07.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
