The petitioner to comply the requisition of Rule 419 of the the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980 as per note annexed to the Form No. 102 of BHC Rules, as the the testator/testatrix has impressed the Thumb or signature is different than the language used to prepare the Will.

Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submits that administration Bond has been approved. However, till 04/30pm it is not available in the CIS. Petitioner to file administration bond for the gross amount of Schedule-I, as per form no. 118 r/w Rule 420 of the Bombay High Court (O. S.) Rules, 1980.
