1. While preparing the draft of the grant, it is noticed that place of death of the deceased in order dated 30.09.2025 is incorrectly mentioned as Mumbai instead of Ahmedabad. Hence, same is corrected and read as Ahemdabad instead of Mumbai.

2. It is made clear that rest of the order dated 30.09.2025 will remain as it is.
