This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts and securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Iyer Neelkantan being son of deceased. Deceased namely Gomathi Ammal died intestate at Tamil Nadu on 13.11.1999. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Election Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that husband of deceased predeceased the deceased. One son of deceased namely Ramu died as bachelor. Deceased was survived by one son who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 21.08.2025 is filed. As petitioner is sole surviving legal heir of the deceased before this Court and the right or interest of no other legal heir is required to be protected. Hence, Administration Bond is dispensed with. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
