TP/3378/2025 (E-filing) Mr. Vivek V. Pawar i/b. Shivaji Nirmale, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioners namely Mahesh Madhukar Kuli and Tejaswita Jagdish Sanekar both being son and daughter of deceased respectively. Deceased No. 1 namely Madhukar Keshav Kuli died intestate at Mumbai on 25.07.2024. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition. Deceased No. 2 namely Pratibha Madhukar Kuli died intestate at Mumbai on 28.07.2024. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that deceased Nos. 1 and 2 are husband and wife. Parents of deceased No. 1 predeceased the deceased. Both the deceased were survived by one son and one daughter who both are petitioners herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 10.09.2025 and Administration Bond dated 04.08.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.

4. Office to issue Succession Certificate as prayed after verifying whether any cross petition is filed or whether any Affidavit opposing grant is filed. 17.11.2025 COMPANY REGISTRAR / TESTAMENTARY REGISTRAR
