Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petition is at UAE and he executed an administration Bond at UAW with the surety, namely Radhakrishahn Ramchandra Kurup. Copy of the administration bond is submitted for perusal. According to said Bond, the surety is resident of the State of Karanataka. However, the petitioner to execute the administration Bond with the surety, who has residence within State of Maharashtra as per the Order passed in the Testamentary Petition, having TP No. 6033 of 2024, dated 21.02.2025. 2.

Furthermore, the petitioner to pay the necessary stamp duty as per the provision of Sec. 18 of the Maharashtra Stamp Act, 1959.
