This petition is for Probate of last Will and Testament of deceased filed by petitioners namely Rabindra Ramesh Harchandrai and Ashwin Ramesh Harchandrai being Executors named under the Will of deceased. The deceased namely Sudha Ramesh Harchandrai died at St. Marteen, USA on 28.09.2024. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copies of Pan Card is annexed to the petition.

2. The deceased left behind her last Will and Testament which was duly executed at St. Marteen, USA on 12.07.2024. The said Will is in English language. The Para No. 3 of the Will refers to the appointment of Executors. Only two Executors appointed under the Will who are petitioners herein.

3. Details of husband of deceased not stated in the petition. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by two sons and one daughter. Out of them two sons are petitioners herein and the daughter has her consent in favour of the petitioner. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

4. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Karan Nandwani and Julieta Tavares dated 21.03.2025 and 27.02.2025 both the Attesting Witnesses to the Will are filed. Affidavit of Service of General Citation dated 04.08.2025 is filed.

5. Ld. Advocate for petitioner file praecipe to place on board as and when the matter is completely ready for final grant.
