Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner moved a praecipe dated 11.03.2026 and submitted that in para no. 11 of the order dated 25.02.2026, surname of the legatee is incorrectly written as Salavi instead of Salvi. Hence, same may be corrected. 2.

Read order dated 25.02.2026, name of the legatee in para no. 11 is corrected and read as "Salvi" instead of Salavi.

It is made clear that rest of the order dated 25.02.2026 will remain as it is. 4.
