Power of Attorney is defective as stamp duty is not paid in Power of Attorney. Hence, petitioner to take steps as per the provisions of the Maharashtra Stamp Act, 1959 to adjudicate the Stamp Duty or file the fresh Power of attorney and make necessary avaerment in this regard, as the case may be.
