This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts and securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Bipinchandra Prabhudas Shah being son of deceased. Deceased namely Padmavati Prabhudas Shah died intestate at Mumbai on 25.06.2018. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and husband of deceased predeceased the deceased. One daughter of deceased namely Harsha Harshad Shah died on 13.09.2022 leaving behind her husband and one son. Deceased was survived by four sons, one daughter and one grandson. Out of them one son is petitioner herein and all other legal heirs have given their consents in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 04.09.2025 and Administration Bond dated 11.08.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned.

4. However, statutory period of service of citation is not yet completed hence, matter is adjourned to 30.09.2025.
