1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Benjamin Francis Crasta, who is Brother of deceased. Deceased namely Alice Crasta, said to be died intestate at Vasai on 11.09.2024 Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A". Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A-1".

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased died as spinster. Deceased was survived by only one brother, who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 08.10.2025 is filed separately through e-filing. Administration Bond is not required as petitioner is sole legal heir. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
