Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner submitted that in order dated 23.09.2025 relationship of the petitioner nos. 2 to 4 with deceased is incorrectly mentioned as Daughters instead of Sons. Hence, same may corrected.

In paragraph No. 6 of the order dated 23.09.2025, the relationship of the petitioner No. 4 with the deceased stands corrected as "daughter". Therefore, in the said paragraph words "and No.4" is added after number 2. Accordingly, "and 4" stands deleted.

It is made clear that rest of the order dated 24.09.2025 will remain as it is.
