This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Maria Franzie Moraes being married daughter of deceased. Deceased No. 1 namely Purification Custodio Coutinho died intestate at Mumbai on 06.05.2011. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition. Deceased No. 2 namely Claudina Purification Coutinho died intestate at Mumbai on 25.04.2021. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that secirities mentioned in the Schedule annexed to the petition is jointly held by both the deceased. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that both the deceased were husband and wife. Parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Both the deceased were survived by two daughters. Out of them one daughter is petitioner herein and another daughter has given her consent in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 01.08.2025 and Administration Bond dated 25.07.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
