This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioners namely Shekhar Purushottam Kale being son of deceased. Deceased namely Saroj Purushottam Kale died intestate at Mumbai on 13.01.2024. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that husband of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by two sons. Out of them one son is petitioner herein and the another son has given his consent in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice is not filed. Administration Bond dated 03.08.2025 is filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned.
