1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Zarine Dinyar Wadia, who is Sister of deceased. Deceased namely Aspi Bomanshaw Dossabhoy, said to be died intestate at Mumbai on 21.05.2025. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A". Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A-1".

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that deceased died as bachelor. Parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Brother of the deceased namely Homi Bomanshaw Kolsawala also predeceased the deceased. The legal heirs of the predeceased brother not stated in the petition. Deceased was survived by only one sister, who is petitioner herein.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 04.09.2025 is filed separately through e-filing. Administration Bond not required as petitioner is sole legal heir.
