This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Zarine Dinyar Wadia, who is Sister of deceased. Deceased namely Aspi Bomanshaw Dossabhoy, said to be died intestate at Mumbai on 21.05.2025. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A". Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A-1".

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that deceased died as bachelor. Parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Brother of the deceased namely Homi Bomanshaw Kolsawala also predeceased the deceased who died as bachelor. Deceased was survived by only one sister who is petitioner herein.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 04.09.2025 is filed separately through e-filing. As sole surviving legal heirs of the deceased is petitioner before this Court and the right or interest of no other legal heir is required to be protected. Hence, Administration Bond is dispensed with. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
