Petitioner to take steps to delete the name of the Manisha fom the legal heirs table, as she could not be the legal heir of the deceased, in the lifetime of the petitioner No.1, as per the provisions of the Hindu Succession Act,1956.

The petitioner to comply the requisition of Rule 383 of the the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980 as per note annexed to the Form No. 102 of BHC Rules, as there is correction/addition or deletion, etc.
