This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts and securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Mallika Virenchee Sagar being daughter of deceased. Deceased No. 1 namely Virenchee Vithalbhai Sagar died intestate at U.S.A. on 22.12.1995. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Passport is already annexed to the petition. Deceased No. 2 namely Fulmala Virenchee Sagar died intestate at Mumbai on 30.05.2005. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that relations between both the deceased not mentioned in the petition. Parents of both deceased predeceased the deceased. Both the deceased were survived by two sons and two daughters. Out of them one daughter is petitioner herein and both the sons and another daughter have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice is not filed. At the request of Ld. Advocate for petitioner, time to issue General Citation is extended by twelve weeks from the date of uploading of this order. Office to issue General citation in this matter, if not already issued. Administration Bond dated 23.10.2025 is filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned.
