Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner submits that he will comply the as per clause no. 2 of the Will some amount to be paid to some institutions. 2.

Accordingly, the petitioner decided to donate the amount of Rs.5 lacs to Chitpavan Bhraman Sangh, Mulund East, and Heramb Ganpati Mandir Kher Section, Ambernath. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner has moved the praecipe dated 09.01.2026, in this regard. The praecipe is kept along with this order. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner to upload the said praecipe in the CIS. 3.

Hence, in view of the Section 53 of the Maharashtra Public Trust Act, 1950, petitioner to serve the copy of the Will upon the Charity Commissioner. Hence, adjourned.
