This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Raunaq Veljee being son of deceased. Deceased namely Nazim Kamruddin Veljee died intestate at Mumbai on 12.07.1999. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 11.06.2025 for non-availability of identification proof of deceased. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by his widow and one son. Out of them son is petitioner herein and widow has given her consent in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 07.08.2025 and Administration Bond 14.10.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
