This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts and securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Ravindranath Pasupuleti being son of deceased. Deceased namely P Chandra Mohan died intestate at Mumbai on 03.06.2024. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and wife of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by one son and one daughter. Out of them son is petitioner herein and the daughter has given her consent in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 22.08.2025 and Administration Bond dated 18.09.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
