This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Peter Anthony Fernandes being husband of deceased. Deceased namely Jennifer Surita Fernandes died intestate at Mumbai on 02.05.2012. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that deceased was survived by husband, two sons and one daughter. Out of them husband is petitioner herein and both the sons and daughter have given their consents in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 20.08.2025 and Administration Bond dated 31.05.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
