TP/3588/2025 (E-filing) Ms. Nikita Kaur i/b. Monel Thakkar, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Parag Ansukhlal Mavani being son of deceased. Deceased namely Pushapa Ansukhlal Mavani died intestate at Mumbai on 27.08.2006. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 19.12.2024 as regards non-availability of identification proof of deceased. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by husband, three sons and two daughters. Out of them one son is petitioner herein and all other legal heirs have given their consents in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 04.09.2025 and Administration Bond dated 01.08.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
