Petitioner seeks leave to make corrections of description of legal heir namely Parmeshwari in para 4 of the petition. The said corrections are allowed. Ld. Advocate for petitioner to carry out corrections within twelve weeks from the date of uploading of this order. Ld. Advocate for petitioner to re-upload the corrected petition on the official portal of the Bombay High Court.

2. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Madhusudhan Bhartia being son of deceased. Deceased namely Jagdish Prasad Bhartia died intestate at Kolkatta on 10.10.1996. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 22.05.2025 for non-availability of identification proof of deceased. The same is accepted.

3. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Wife of deceased namely Parmeshwari died on 17.05.2021 who since deceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by one son only who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

4. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice 12.08.2025 and Administration Bond dated 01.08.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.

5. Office to issue Succession Certificate after uploading the corrected petition the official portal of the Bombay High Court as stated in para No. 1 hereinabove and after verifying whether any cross petition is filed or whether any Affidavit opposing grant is filed.
