This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts and securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioners namely Jaya Kavi Luthra and Tarun Vinaykumar Kathuria being married daughter and son of deceased. Petitioner No. 2 has filed the present petition through Constituted Attorney who is petitioner No. 1. Copy of Power of Attorney is annexed to the petition. Deceased namely Vinaykumar Bhagwandas Kathuria died intestate at Mumbai on 17.12.2013. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Passport is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Widow of deceased since deceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by one son and one daughter who both are petitioners herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 26.08.2025 and Administration Bond dated 27.09.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
