1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Sayed Jalil Jalali being son of both the deceased. Deceased No. 1 namely Sayed Sadik Jalali died intestate at Mumbai on 20.09.1986. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 21.06.2025 for dispensation of identification proof of deceased No. 1. The same is accepted. Deceased No. 2 namely Siddika Sadeck Jalali died intestate at Pune on 07.10.2020. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased No. 2 viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased were husband and wife. Deceased were survived by one son only who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 07.08.2025. Since the petitioner is sole surviving legal heir hence Administration Bond not required. Delay is explained. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
