This petition is for Probate of Photocopy of last Will and Testament of deceased filed by petitioner namely Aabha Bordia being first and sole Executrix named under the Will of deceased. The deceased namely Amit Boradia died at London on 01.03.2023. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is annexed to the petition.

2. The deceased left behind his last Will and Testament which was duly executed at London on 22.02.2020. The said Will is in English language. The Para No. 3.1 of the Will refers to the appointment of Executrix. Only one Executrix appointed under the Will who is petitioner herein.

3. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that deceased was survived by mother, widow and one minor son. Out of them widow is petitioner herein and the mother has given her consent in favour of the petitioner herein. Petitioner being mother and natural guardian of minor son has filed consent on his behalf. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

4. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of original Attesting Witnesses to the Will is not filed. Affidavit of Service of General Citation is not filed.
