The petitioner to comply the requisition of Rule 383 of the the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980 as per note annexed to the Form No. 102 of BHC Rules, as there is correction/addition or deletion, etc. in the Will. 4.

Petitioner to file administration bond for the gross amount of Schedule-I, as per form no. 118 r/w Rule 420 of the Bombay High Court (O. S.) Rules, 1980.
