This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Kanchan Sobhagchand Jain being widow of deceased. Deceased namely Sobhagchand Visanji Jain died intestate at Mumbai on 19.04.2018. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Son of deceased namely Hiren died on 10.01.2022 as bachelor. Deceased was survived by widow and one son. Out of them widow is petitioner herein and daughter has given consent in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 26.08.2025 and Administration Bond dated 31.10.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
