This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Pranita Prakash Talekar being widow of deceased. Deceased namely Prakash Ganpat Talekar died intestate at Mumbai on 08.10.2007. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Bank Employee ID Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that deceased was survived by mother, widow, one daughter and one son. Out of them widow is petitioner herein and all other legal heirs have given their consents in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 11.08.2025 and Administration Bond dated 19.07.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
