TP/3661/2025 (E-filing) Ms. Anjana Modhave, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts and securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioners namely Dipika Dolores Dsouza and Sunith Benjamin Thomas D'souza being daughter and son of deceased respectively through Constituted Attorney namely Maria Elaine Monserrate. Deceased namely John Valerian D'souza died intestate at Mumbai on 04.04.2025. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and wife of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by one son and one daughter who both are petitioners herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 08.10.2025 and Administration Bond dated 03.12.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
