This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Brij Gopal Daga being husband of deceased. Deceased namely Pushplata Daga died intestate at Mumbai on 07.12.2024. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. One daughter of deceased namely Shashi died leaving behind one son. Deceased was survived by husband, one daughter and one grandson. Out of them husband is petitioner herein and daughter and grandson have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 10.09.2025 and Administration Bond dated 18.11.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
