This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Cyrus Mehrwanji Dalal being nephew of deceased. Deceased namely Dinoo Savak Bharucha died intestate at Mumbai on 12.04.2008. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 17.06.2025 for non-availability of identification proof of deceased. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and husband of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased died issue-less. Deceased had one sister who also predeceased the deceased and her husband predeceased the deceased. The said sister died leaving behind her two sons. Deceased was survived by two nephews. Out of them one nephew is petitioner herein and another nephew has given his consent in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 07.08.2025 and Administration Bond dated 23.09.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
