This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Sachin Ganesh Balsekar being son of both the deceased. Deceased No. 1 namely Ganesh Balsekar died intestate at Mumbai on 13.08.2005. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition. Deceased No. 2 namely Mangala Ganesh Balsekar died intestate at Mumbai on 20.02.2021. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that both the deceased were husband and wife and their legal heirs as mentioned in para No. 4 of the petition. Both the deceased were survived by three daughters and one son. Out of them son is petitioner herein and all three daughters have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 09.09.2025 and Administration Bond dated 21.11.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
