This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Anju Bhagwan Chainani being wife of deceased No. 1 and mother of deceased No. 2. Deceased No. 1 namely Bhagwan Pohumal Chainani died intestate at Mumbai on 09.12.1997. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 03.05.2025 since, identification proof of deceased is not available. The same is accepted. Deceased No. 2 namely Arun Bhagwan Chainani died intestate at Mumbai on 11.11.2011. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased No. 2 viz. Pancard is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased No. 1 predeceased the deceased. Deceased No. 1 was survived by widow and one daughter. Out of them widow is petitioner herein and the daughter has given her consent in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavit is on record. Deceased No. 2 is son of petitioner who died as bachelor. Deceased No. 2 was survived by mother who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 07.08.2025 and Administration Bond dated 30.07.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
