1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Sumedha Shrikrishna Tatke, who is widow of deceased. Deceased namely Vinay Anand Panchdhari, said to be died intestate at London on 03.10.2024. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A". Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Passport is already annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A-1".

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that deceased was survived by mother, widow and two daughter. Out of them widow is petitioner. Mother and both daughters have given their consents in favour of the petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 14.08.2025 and Administration Bond dated 14.08.2025 are filed separately through e-filing. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
