TP/3696/2025 (E-filing) Mr. Rajesh More, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Neelima Chandrakant Bhatt being widow of deceased. Deceased namely Chandrakant Nandlal Bhatt died intestate at Mumbai on 23.08.2007. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by widow and one son. Out of them widow is petitioner herein and son has given his consent in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 11.08.2025 and Administration Bond dated 17.10.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
