Heard Ms. Bhagwat, learned Advocate for Petitioners. 3.

The matter was circulated seeking dispensation with the requisition issued by the department on 31.07.2025, which reads thus:- "2. ...The petitioner shall furnish administration bond for the gross amount as per Rule 420 of the BHC Rules, within one week after that, if there are another legal heir/s other than the petitioner/s." 4.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioners points out that all the legal heirs of the deceased have consented to the grant of Letters of Administration with Will annexed in favour of the Petitioners. She, therefore, submits that there is no need to furnish Administration Bond.

Having due regard to the fact that all legal heirs of deceased have consented to issuance of Letters of Administration with Will annexed in favour of Petitioners, the question of the Petitioners to furnish Administration Bond, therefore, can be dispensed with. All other objections stand complied with as informed. 6.

Registry is therefore directed to proceed accordingly for issuance of Letters of Administration dispensing with filing of Administration Bond by Petitioners.
