This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Zainab Arif Lokhandwalla being married daughter of deceased. Deceased namely Amy Gulam Abbas Fatahi died intestate at Mumbai on 25.11.1993. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 23.06.2025 for dispensation of identification proof of deceased. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and grandparents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Husband of deceased since deceased the deceased. One daughter of deceased namely Saema died on 09.07.2017 leaving behind her husband. She died issue-less. Deceased was survived by one son, one daughter and one son-in-law. Out of them daughter is petitioner herein and the son and son-in-law have given their consents in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 07.08.2025 and Administration Bond dated 26.08.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
