This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Mumtaz Begum being widow of deceased. Deceased namely Mobin Ahmed Khan Mohd Mustafa Khan died intestate at Mumbai on 05.01.2024. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and grandparents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by widow, three daughters and three sons. Out of them widow is petitioner herein and all other legal heirs have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 01.10.2025 and Administration Bond dated 15.09.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
