Petitioner to file administration bond for the gross amount of Schedule-I, as per form no. 118 r/w Rule 420 of the Bombay High Court (O. S.) Rules, 1980.

Ld. advocate for the petitioner seeks extension of the time for issuance of citation, vide an earlier order passed in the petition. Considering the submission, the time to issue citation, vide a referred order, stands extended by 02 weeks, from the date of uploading this order, on same terms and condition, which are referred in the said order. 6.
