This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioners namely Kironsingh Harpalsingh Thakore and Deepaksingh Harpalsingh Thakore being sons of deceased. Deceased namely Prema Harpalsingh Thakore died intestate at Mumbai on 04.10.1999. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Passport is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Husband of deceased since deceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by two sons who both are petitioners herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 24.09.2025 and Administration Bond dated 30.09.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
