Ld. Advocate for the petitioner moved a praecipe dated 12.11.2025 and thereby seeks permission to delete the locker stated in the Schedule-I of the petition. However, upon perusal of the praecipe and the Banks letter annexed to the praecipe, it appears that Locker which is sought to be deleted has no nexus with the locker stated in the Bank's Letter. Hence the petitioner to establish the nexus between these two locker by document, then present praecipe will be taken for the passing an order.
