Present Testamentary Petition is filed by Petitioner for issuance of Letters of Administration in respect of the properties and credits of deceased Rahibai Pandurang Kamble. The names and details of legal heirs of the deceased are stated in paragraph No. 4 of the Petition. Purpose for filing the present Petition is stated in paragraph No. 6 of the Petition. I have perused the same. 4.

Petitoner No. 1- Vanita Pandurang Kamble, in her capacity as a Legal Guradian has filed the Joint consent affidavit dated 25.02.2026 of Shekhar Pandurang Kamble and Shakuntala Pandurang Kamble, Corrected / Modified Order as per Speaking to the Minutes of Order passed on 04.05.2026 1 of 2

M6-A.TP3771.2025.doc who are persons with disability, the legal heirs of the deceased are appended to internal page No. 1 of the Petition. 5.

In view of the above, there can be no impediment in allowing the Petition. Testamentary Petition is allowed and disposed of in terms of un-numbered prayer clause which reads thus:- "The Petitioner therefore prays that Letters of Administration may be granted to them having effect throughout the State of Maharshtra."

Department is directed to issue the Grant as directed above within a period of 3 weeks from today positively. 7.

Testamentary Petition is allowed and disposed subject to compliance of office objections, if any, forthwith which shall be allowed by the Department.
