In view of the order dated 14.03.2023 appended at ExhibitD, page No.33 issued by National Trust appointing Petitioner Nos.1 and 2 as the legal guardian under Section 14 of the National Trust Act, 1999 and as per obligations of the legal guardian stated therein, the requirement of justification of surety under Rule 422 of the High Court Original Side Rules, 1980 in requisition dated 04.03.2026 stands dispensed with.

Appropriate administration bond shall be filed and shall be accepted as adequate by the Department.
