TP/3779/2025 (E-filing) Ms. Riya Makwana, i/b. M/s. Makwana and Associates, Advocates for petitioner. PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Raj Tejpal Shivjiani being son of deceased. Deceased namely Hansa Tejpal Shivjiani died intestate at USA on 25.01.2016. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Passport is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and husband of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by one son and three daughters. Out of them son is petitioner herein and all three daughters have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 03.11.2025 is filed. Administration Bond dated 20.12.2025 has been executed through Power of Attorney Holder and power of Attorney is annexed to the Administration Bond and notary has endorsed accordingly on the said Administration Bond. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
